It is with pleasure that the Executive of EMSPA NSW Inc. advise that on 25th May 2010 at the GREAT an appeal, lodged against the Director General for the ASNSW, was withdrawn when an out of court settlement was agreed to at the eleventh hour. Negotiations between ASNSW Lawyers and Ffrench Lawyers representating our member facilitated this settlement and concluded in the ASNSW withdrawing their charge of misconduct against our member.  It is disappointing for our member's partner for the particular shift who still has a misconduct charge on file, despite being a member of an industrially registered organisation.
