Headlines reveal continuing problems in the ASNSW following GPSC2 Report release
Saturday, 01 May 2010 14:38 | Written by EMSPA (NSW) Inc. Committee | PDF
Newspaper headlines of 'Everyday heroes pay the ultimate price when the siren stops', 'Paramedics stressed, undervalued and overworked', 'Stressed and suicidal worker told to 'cowboy up'', 'Bullying remains in Ambulance Service', 'Anguish starts after the siren stops' and 'Bullies in the office' have spread across the state today following the release of the GPSC2 Final Report on the Review of the Inquiry into the management and operations of the Ambulance Service of NSW.
EMSPA would like to take this opportunity to remind all members, non-members, friends and family of Ambulance Professionals that the EMSPA Chaplain is available at all times and encourages all to build and maintain a support network for what can be a stressful and demanding job.
